Pre & Post Treatment Tips

Before Your Session

  • The night before: Brush gently (no flossing)

  • Day of: Avoid brushing within 4 hours of your appointment

After Your Session

  • Water only for the first hour

  • Avoid staining foods and drinks for 24 hours (coffee, soda, red wine, tomato sauce)

  • If brushing feels sensitive afterward, go gently—it usually fades within 24 hours

  • We’ll send you home with an aftercare card just in case
