Recreating Rays — SMS Terms & Conditions

Recreating Rays (DHA-Z LLC dba Recreating Rays), 19774 W 107th St, Olathe, KS 66061, operates an SMS text messaging program ("Program"). By opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms & Conditions.

1. Program description. When you opt in, you may receive SMS/text messages including appointment reminders and confirmations, post-appointment care instructions, and feedback requests.

2. Consent. You consent to receive text messages when you provide your mobile number and opt in (for example, when booking, on our intake/waiver form, or by texting us). Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

3. Message frequency. Message frequency varies.

4. Cost. Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

5. Opt out (STOP). You can cancel at any time by texting STOP to the number that messaged you. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, opt in again as you did initially.

6. Help (HELP). For help or questions, reply HELP to the number that texted you, or contact us at olathe@recreatingrays.com or 913-526-9326.

7. Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
